Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will investigate and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or access was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location before removal.

2. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Repeat Infringers

5. False Claims
