The Agent Opportunity Plan:
The Transaction Side
Splits:
$7,500 cap for individual agent or team lead. $5,000 cap for each team member. Transaction fees are tiered based on gross commission amounts below:
$400 up to $5,500
$450 $5,501-$7550
$500 $7551-$10,000
$550 $10,001+
$50 E&O fee per transaction
10% of the Gross Commission or the transaction fee, whichever is less, on referrals.
Personal investment property purchases and sales- standard transaction fess is charged on total of the sales price times 2.5% plus the $50 E&O fee.
Rentals are 10% of the commission to Elevate Realty or the transaction fee whichever is less. Rental placement is allowed, management is not.

Do I need to purchase my own signs and marketing materials?
We provide essential marketing materials including yard signs, listing presentations, and buyer's guides. Additional materials are available through our deeply discounted printing service partner.
